For preparing Nut-Milk you will have below mentioned ingredients;
Almond- 10 to 15
Poppy Seed- 01 Table Spoon
Sesame Seed- 01 Table Spoon
Milk- 01 Glass
How to Make Milk-Shake
Take Almonds, Poppy Seed and Sesame Seed, soak them in water separately overnight. Do not soak them together in one pot. In the morning take all soaked ingredients blend them will milk and make milk shake, add sugar if you want.
Drink this milk any time, take small sips, and don’t drink fast.
If any of above mentioned ingredients does not suit you don’t use that ingredient.
This milk shake is really very delicious and healthy for physical weakness, either of 50 years or 20 years. No matter what’s age of you. But I targeted old-aged people because they got natural weakness in the body and get sick quickly.
