Milk                 1 Glass
Dates              4 to 5
Take one glass of milk, add 4 to 5 dates and make a milk shake. Use this drink in the morning and night. This drink can be very useful for Low Blood Pressure. Dates are excellent in nutrition. Dates contain calories, vitamins, minerals, protein, copper, iron and fiber.  Dates are high in fiber, which may be beneficial for controlling blood sugar control.

Drinking low-fat milk will provide calcium and vitamin D, these two nutrients work as a team to help reduce blood pressure by 3 to 10 percent. This will provide enough energy to the body and can help low blood pressure.
